Shipping & Returns

We currently deliver countrywide within Kenya. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed, and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Delivery is not included in your order total. After you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery cost for your location and arrange your delivery.

A small processing fee is added to every order: KSh 15 on orders under KSh 1,000, and KSh 30 on orders of KSh 1,000 or more. It is shown in your order summary before you place your order.

You can pay with M-Pesa or card on our secure payment page, or by Paybill / Send Money.

After you place your order, our Paybill number, account number and Send Money number are shown on your order confirmation page. Please pay using those payment details and use your order number as the reference where possible. We start processing your order as soon as your payment is received, so an order paid this way is not processed until then.

Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
