Orders
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days across Kenya, depending on your location.
Delivery isn't included in your order total. After you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery cost for your location and arrange your delivery.
You can pay with M-Pesa or card on our secure payment page, or by Paybill / Send Money. Your order total includes a small processing fee (KSh 15 on orders under KSh 1,000, KSh 30 on orders of KSh 1,000 or more); delivery is quoted separately. If you choose Paybill / Send Money, the payment details are shown on your order confirmation page — please pay using those details and we'll start processing your order once the payment is received. We don't currently offer Cash on Delivery.
You'll receive your order number at checkout. Contact us with that number for an update on your delivery.

Products
Our products are made with natural ingredients like shea butter, mango butter and rose water. As with any new skincare product, we recommend a small patch test first.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural butters can soften in heat — this doesn't affect quality.
Returns
Because of the nature of our products, we can't accept returns on opened items — but if something arrives damaged or wrong, reach out within 48 hours and we'll sort it out.
